my brother and his family will likely be able to do this, with their chickens and goats and garden. i should pass this on.

Not sure if you read Barbara Kingsolver’s _Animal, Vegetable, Miracle_ – but this was part of her premise. At this point for most of us, growing most of your own food would be a labor of love.

Yes, I love the Kingsolver book and also the 100 mile diet book, Plenty. Good reads!
It’s a labor of love and a move towards vibrant health (at least for me).
