CatGirl just returned from her class’ three-day outing to Catalina Island. Where she snorkeled, frolicked, and grew about 3 inches taller.

Summer program, and both my sisters, and mother worked there so I went with them and hung out all summer. A total kid’s dream.

Lorell you are one lucky duck to have had such opportunities! My kids have a wanna-be professor Mom and spend their time with me in libraries and at conferences. boorrrrrinnng!

i spent one glorious day at Catalina Island many years ago. what a fabulous place! i’m envious of CatGirl!

My college did freshman orientation at the boy scout (?) camp on Catalina. What a heavenly place to spend time!
