short shameful confession #26
One of my resolutions for this year is pretty simple: to take a lunch. Every day.
So far I’ve done it, but it’s been harder than I thought it would be. It’s so much easier to stay at my desk and keep working. Especially this week, with the beginning of the intersession term (i.e. so many small fires burning).

Not the final Christmas family photo, but I sorta like it anyways…it feels good to be keeping the tradition (even the part where you look at all the photos and realize whenever three of us look great, someone has a zombie expression).
And you know what else? I just love that Catgirl took the best of the bunch and is working some photoshop magic on it right now. That girl has skillz :)

Recursion
Sorry for anyone who’s getting pinged every time I post. It seems that the IFTTT.com service that I’ve been experimenting with the past few days has set up a loop of posting and reposting my Facebook links to my blog.
That was not part of the plan. But yet, it’s a rather interesting thing to have my blog and my Facebook in a link-laden recursive conversation with each other…without my involvement.
